My Primary #ReimaginePRAYER Focus
Throughout the Congregation
This Scripture Drives My #Reimagine Journey
Do not be confined to the traditions and trends of church culture. Allow the Holy Spirit to transform your understanding of prayer and how you practice praying, by the renewing of your mind... so that ...your prayers become effective in demonstrating that God's will is good, perfect, and pleasing. [My paraphrase of Romans 12:2]
How To Begin a Reimagine Journey [My Tweet-Sized (280 characters) suggestion]
Ask. Seek. Knock. •ASK a question before making a request; "Holy Spirit, how are you leading me to pray about this person / problem? •SEEK the Spirit's guidance through silence / stillness, scripture, song, scribing (journaling your prayer). •KNOCK when you know; pray boldly because you have discernment and direction from the mind of Christ.
WHY? is it important for the Church to #ReimaginePRAYER?
Ministry is meant to flow from prayer. Status quo praying has produced less than satisfying results across the Church. Pray.Network is asking the Lord for 10,000 Christ followers to become payers champions, who live and leads others into Spirit-led & Scripture-fed living, serving, worshipping, witnessing, loving ...

Thanks so much Phil,

I've read the Verses and Scriptures and they have been great for me.

I written them down and allowing them to sink in and I'm repeating them and speaking them out aloud and I really do feel better and inspired.

Hello Dave,

I am blessed by your humility and realization that the Lord is the point of all we do here on Pray.Network ... but it is also a blessing to see the Spirit of the Lord work through faithful, yielded leaders. In other words, it is not merely the content of the comments you make or ideas you share but the life-well-lived in obedience that also teaches and trains us. Like our sister site Discipleship.Network, we can disciple one another even through social media!

I welcome feedback from you and others who read this,

Is it helpful to give the name of the person who started a group? I am uncomfortable with my name listed every time someone posts on Shaking The World Through The Printed Word. I am not the point of the site.

In public and private, in sanctuary and home, may my life be steeped in prayer, filled with the spirit of grace and supplication, each prayer perfumed with the incense of atoning blood Help me, defend me, until from praying ground I pass to the realm of unceasing praise.
