NOTE: This format was prepared for an association of 25 congregations that would gather at their various locations and pray "together" through a video feed to each facility.

Associational Prayer Gathering

Leader = person guiding the event from live location
Facilitator = persons guiding their local gathering to respond to the Leader's instructions
​Singing - Scripture Reading/Recitation - God's Word Proclaimed - Spirit-Led, Scripture-Fed Prayers = ​each and all together are expressions of worship

•Welcome ~ Leader           *​3​ minutes*
  • A prayer, inviting God to be present and presiding
  • Introduce yourself and welcome each congregation by name
  • Explain the format and invite everyone to participate (sing, pray, receive God's message as you seek revival)
•Praise!            *1​3​ minutes*
  • Leader ~ We declare our love and obedience to Almighty God who has rescued us and redeemed us ... offering us eternal, endless and limitless, life in Christ     *1 minute)
  • A Song - with a praise focus; singing our praise directly to God     *3 minutes* 
  • A Scripture - Facilitator from one location reads a scripture that leads into...     *1 minute*
  • A Statement - Leader expounds on how to apply the scripture in our prayers     *3 minutes*
  • Our Supplication - Leader explains how the gathered should pray (options):     *5 minutes*
    • One person at the live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • One person at each site prays as we agree silently​, or...​
    • A representative group (3-5) at live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • A representative group (3-5) at each site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • Small groups (3-5) at each site convene to pray​, or​
    • Leader at live location guides a segment of silent prayer (sets focus, explains quite, "Amen"s at the end of the silence)

  • Leader ~ We invite you, Holy Spirit, to convict us of our sin: our lives, our congregation, the Church, our Nation     *1 minute*
  • A Song - that expresses our regret for our disobedience to God and misapplication of Holy Scripture     *3 minutes*
  • A Scripture - we can recite together as the first line of a prayer of authentic repentance     *1 minutes*
  • A Statement - Leader expounds on how to apply the scripture in our prayers     *3 minutes*
  • Our Supplication - Leader explains how the gathered should pray (options)     *5 minutes*
    • One person at the live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • One person at each site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • A representative group (3-5) at live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • A representative group (3-5) at each site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • Small groups (3-5) at each site convene to pray​, or​
    • Leader at live location guides a segment of silent prayer (sets focus, explains quite, "Amen"s at the end of the silence)

  • A Scripture - that directs us to know and do the will of God, individually and corporately      *1 minute* 
  • A Statement - Leader expounds on how to apply the scripture in our prayers     *3 minutes*
  • Our Supplication - Leader explains how the gathered should pray (options)     *5 minutes*
    • One person at the live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • One person at each site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • A representative group (3-5) at live site prays as we agree silently​, or​
    • A representative group (3-5) at each site prays as we agree silently​, or​

  • A Song - that expresses our joy in discerning and demonstrating obedience to God's word and God's will     *3 minutes*
  • A Scripture - that points us forward, into the future ... expressing our commitment unto the glory of our Lord and Savior     *1 minute*
  • A Statement - Leader expounds on how to apply the scripture in our prayers     *3 minutes*
  • Our Supplication - Leader explains how the gathered should pray (options)     *5 minutes*
    • One person at the live site prays as we agree silently
    • One person at each site prays as we agree silently
    • A representative group (3-5) at live site prays as we agree silently
