A Community of Prayer Champions, Praying Churches, Prayed-for Communities

As a group, Intercessors have special needs, and are often isolated. Here we have the opportunity to share our thoughts on various issues that face us, and to pray with and for each other.

To what Anne has shared concerning Beverly's prayer request--AMEN--I agree.  May the Lord give Beverly wisdom that will guide her through this battle.

Praying for you, Beverly. May God give you the joy of the Lord, which is your strength, and may He make manifest in your life the victory that He has already won on your behalf!

Pray for the Longido Bible school, Longido, Tanzania, that starts today after years of not being held. Praise the Lord for the leaders taking up the mantle.

I received this message yesterday-->A message from Phil Miglioratti to all members of Intercessors on!

Received today from a prayer warrior - -

"Things are very serious in the terror situation & the first solution must be prayer.

Since events are happening so fast, may I suggest that the last week of February be one of prayer & fasting about these situations. Each person should pick at least one day of this week to fast in accordance with his schedule.

Time is running out and innocents are suffering & dying.  As for the USA, we are not exempt from the judgement that has happened to other lands & need to pray for mercy."

My comment-->I do not know where the reference area is,but definitely there is an encouragement o pray for our country--which I would encourage all on the intercessor group to do--Pray for the USA.

May we be willing to stand in the gap-as intercessors.

Today's Prayer Scripture:

Matthew 6:6 Amplified Bible (AMP)

But when you pray, go into your [most] private room, and, closing the door, pray to your Father, Who is in secret; and your Father, Who sees in secret, will reward you in the open.

For those who did not listen to the clip posted by Virtuous Lady--the prayer encouragement came from Psalms 5:1-3  "Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my king, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up."

There is a discussion in the discussion section on PrayNetwork that some of you may want to think about and respond to.  Here is the link:

It it about Iraqi Christians, their leaving Irag and the removal of all Christians from Iraq, and removal of all witness of Jesus.  -

This is something hard for us to comprehend--Read that discussion, and ask the Lord how to respond as an intercessor.  Would like to hear some thoughts
